- Potential options of spending: (Eric will send a survey out to teachers to get ideas and feedback)
  - Brainpop Jr. or other software
  - Classroom libraries
  - Classroom technology (ipads, tech, wireless things)

Increase for Trustland funding next year
MOY Acadience data review:
- Early literacy routines are proving improvement for students
- Growth of increase to blue is higher than previous year. We have grown 15% in reading and 14% in math.
EL students supports
- WIDA testing will be happening soon
- EL family night on January 26th- For bilingual families
Fall 2026 is Wilson 100 year anniversary: Celebration ideas-
- Looking at other schools/Ellis timeline
- Songs through the decades
- ‘Show and tell’ of items through the years/pictures/slideshow?
- 100 year-100 day-100 day on the Y-100 books-holidays throughout the years (decades)-
- Century school theme
- Dress up days for each decade (one a month?)
Safety procedures:
- Pick up/drop off seems to be doing better
- Biggest issues with buses is with afterschool club-parent pick up
  - New paint potentially coming soon
Action Items:
- Eric reach out to get survey of spending for trustland funds
- Put on next months agenda: look at next year trustland goals
- Think and bring centennial celebration ideas/people who would want to get involved or head committees
