5. Review Election for School Community Council (SCC) Representatives (5min)
   1. Election Guidelines
      1. Notificaation of election dates and procedures for declaring interest in the serving on the SCC will be given 10 days proior to the spring election.
      2. Interest sheets will be collected and parents contacted for verification during the 10 prior to the spring election.
      3. If there are fewr that 3 candidates, all parents will be allowed to serve on the SCC for a maximum of 8 parent memebers.
      4. If there are more that 8 candidates or if adding all parents would exceed the maximum of 8 parents member, an election will be held.
      5. Elections will be held in May
      6. All elected positions are for 2 year-terms.
